Updating Corporate Taxpayer Profile
CORPORATE TAXPAYER PAYER
Corporate taxpayer can update its profile when needed
- Launch the browser
- Login with your valid taxpayer ID and Password
- You will be exported to the view of your profile page. (As a new Company, you will be required to enter ‘ADD Director’ with that of an existing payer ID)

UPLOAD COMPANY LOGO
- Click 'UPLOAD LOGO'
View upload pop up

- Click 'CLICK TO CHOOSE AN IMAGE' text
Select logo from any device - Click 'UPDATE' to save upload
- Click 'SKIP' to ignore the image upload

ADD DIRECTOR
You will view details of existing director when the director menu tab is clicked on

View existing director details

Click 'Add Director' to input a new director's name

Enter taxpayer ID

Click 'Add Director' button

Click 'ADDRESS' on the green menu bar
You can view and existing address as inputted during registration

ADD ADDRESS
- Click on ‘Add Address’ button
- Enter ‘Name and Address’ on text fields
- Click ‘Add Address’ to create a new address
- Click ‘Cancel’ to close action

- Click 'UPLOAD PAYROLL' button on the payroll section

View payroll upload pop
- Click 'Download Template' to export the payroll template for upload
- Click 'Choose File' to upload payroll csv file as pre-filled
- Click 'SAVE' to keep information on profile
- Click 'CANCEL' to call off the payroll upload

A click on 'SAVE' refreshes page and provides payroll date created, status, employee type and actions
- Click 'EYE' icon to view payroll listing

PAYROLL LISTING TABLE
View payroll listing with the details of employees within the company at the time of the payroll upload
FILTER: search for employee by
- Tax ID
- Name
- Nationality
- Click 'Filter' button to complete search
View information searched for - Click 'Reset' button to reset search options

To edit an employee's information
- Click 'PEN' icon on the employee row

View edit employee pop
View employee's pre-filled information as uploaded
Make changes where needed
Click 'ADD' button to complete edit action
Click 'CANCEL' to call off change action

REMOVE EMPLOYEE
- Click 'X' on the employee information row

View employee removal pop
*Click 'YES PROCEED' to remove employee
- Click 'CANCEL' to call off removal action

ADD EMPLOYEE
To add a new employee to an existing payroll list
- Click 'ADD' icon at the right corner of the page

View 'Add new Employee' pop
- Enter fields with information as required
- Click 'ADD' button to save and include new employee to payroll list table
- Click 'CANCEL' to call off the Add action

TO SAVE PAYROLL AS DRAFT
- Click 'REFRESH' icon
This updates the uploaded payroll as a draft

TO ACTIVATE A PAYROLL
- Click 'MARK' icon to activate payroll that was saved as a draft

- CLICK 'PAYMENT'
View payment information search

- Select 'Agency'
- Select 'Revenue'
- Select date values
Click 'Filter' to view payment information
Click 'Reset' button to clear information - Click 'Remittance Statement' to download and view statement information
- Click 'Tax Details' to download and view tax information

VIEW CORPORATE MESSAGE
- Click 'MESSAGE' on the green menu bar
if there are no messages, you would see 'There are currently no messages' - View message listing table with details of corporate email, subject, dates sent, and the view message action

- Click 'View Message' action
OR - Click 'Subject Title'
View message pop up to read messages - Click 'CLOSE' button to close out message viewed
